1 Definitions

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 22phwin are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit is ₱100. Accepted payment channels include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

Deposits are credited to your account balance as quickly as your chosen payment provider allows — typically instantly for e-wallet transactions. 22phwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit funds into the same account. This measure is in place to prevent money laundering and fraud. • Withdrawal requests submitted while a KYC verification is pending will be held until verification is complete.

• Funds deposited into a 22phwin account must not originate from illegal or fraudulent sources. Any deposits flagged as suspicious may be frozen pending investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

22phwin offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. Each promotion carries its own terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the time the offer is presented.

General bonus rules that apply across all 22phwin promotions include:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool that interacts with 22phwin on your behalf without authorisation.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a way that results in artificial winnings. Any winnings derived from a known exploit will be voided.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Account Suspension and Closure

• The account has been used for fraudulent or illegal activity.
• The player has failed to complete required KYC verification within the time requested.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to 22phwin, other players, or third parties.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining — including real money funds — may be voided if the breach involved fraud, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse. In all other cases, legitimate remaining balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method after any applicable investigations are complete.
